Guest services supervisor 10.2017 – 04.2020 Сarnival Cruise Line Duties: ➢ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product and service changes ➢ Facilitate inter-departmental communication to effectively provide customer support ➢ Assume ownership over team productivity ➢ Motivate, coach, counsel and discipline all Guest Services personnel according to company’s standards ➢ Manage work flow to meet or exceed quality service goals ➢ Deal with guest issues in an appropriate and thorough manner from the initial complaint to the resolution ➢ Respond to all guests’ requests, problems, complaints and/or accidents presented at the Front Desk, letters/or phone calls, in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner. Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction ➢ Schedule staff shifts and duties to cover peaks and lulls in customer inquiries ➢ Ability to consistently “go the extra mile” ➢ Deal with lost luggage issues and medical debarks ➢ Serve as an assigned mentor to new team members during their onboarding process
